Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Comunico platform (the “Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Service Description
Comunico is an AI-powered voice coaching platform that allows users to record themselves speaking, receive transcripts via speech-to-text processing, and obtain structured coaching feedback via artificial intelligence. The Service is intended to help users improve their communication and public speaking skills.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, or otherwise offensive
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code
- Use the Service to train competing AI models without explicit permission
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other users of the Service
Intellectual Property
The Service, including all content and functionality, is owned by Comunico and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your voice recordings remain your property, but by uploading them to the Service, you grant us the right to process and analyze them for coaching feedback purposes.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMUNICO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS-IS” AND “AS-AVAILABLE” BASIS. COMUNICO MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE SERVICE, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. COACHING FEEDBACK IS PROVIDED FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES AND SHOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED PROFESSIONAL ADVICE.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms of Service or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may request deletion of your account at any time through your account settings.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
